Eligibility
Criteria
To
be considered for the JJ/WBGSP scholarship 2024, candidates must complete the
following eligibility requirements:
Nationality:
Be a national of a World Bank member country that is listed as entitled (Annex
1 of the guidelines). Dual nationality holders of developed countries are not
eligible.
Professional
Experience: Be employed in a full-time, paid position
connected to development at the time of the application and have at least three
years of paid development-related work experience attained after obtaining a
bachelor’s degree. Employment must have arisen within the past six years.
Educational
Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent gotten
at least three years before the application closing date.
Admissions:
Have categorical acceptance (except for funding) into a master’s program that
is part of the JJ/WBGSP contributing programs and is outside the candidates
home country or country of residence.
World
Bank Employees: Not be an Executive Director, staff, or
close relative of an individual working at the World Bank Group in any
capacity.
